Day 6 – Breakfast at Vu Canu > rice noodles at Bun Bo Nam Bo > Lunch at Bobby Chinn > flying back
We spent our last day in Hanoi trying all the local food. In order to try different dishes, we have to order 1 pax portion and share.
First stop – Vietnamese sandwich at Vu Canu. We were walking along Son Ha street and found this juice bar. It looks very clean and we decided to stop for breakfast.
We had the pork Vietnamese sandwich with some fresh juice and it was very cripsy & tasty. Highly recommended this hidden gem. I took a photo of the shop and it shows the address 31 Son Ha. However, I couldn’t find the exactly address on google. If you want to go there, get your concierge to call the number shown in the photo.
I found related website about Vu Canu here:
Soon after we had our sandwich, we went to this famous local shop Bun Bo Nam Bo for Vietnamese rice noodles.
We ordered the signature grilled beef with Vietnamese vermicelli along with the Vietnamese pork roll. The vermicelli is quite nice and we think the pork roll is just ok.
Bun Bo Nam Bo

We went back to hotel to check out and stopped by Bobby Chinn for our last meal in Hanoi on the way to airport. The restaurant is located near West Lake and it will take you about 20mins cab ride from Hoan Kiem area. It is famous of their Vietnamese fusion dishes.
The restaurant is empty when we were there. I guess it’s busy during dinner. The photo shown below is the dinner menu.
We ordered the 3 courses set lunch

It is a good getaway trip in Hanoi. If you just want to see Ha Long Bay, you can spent 4 days in Hanoi and have a more packed itinerary. Goodbye Vietnam! I would like to visit Ho Chi Minh City & to visit the beautiful resort in Da Nang in future.
